0165(2)(b) The three sets of blinds in the kitchen area have inner cords that pose strangulation hazard and blinds must be removed. 0165(2)(c) There were loose electronic cords in an accessible cubby. They were removed during the visit. 0165(2)(d) There was a bag of plastic bags by the door to the yard. This was removed during the visit. 0165(3)(a) The sharp knife in the kitchen was stated to be typically stored in the dish drainer which is accessible to children. It was moved out of reach of children during the visit. 0165(3)(d) The laundry room did not have a lock/latch to prevent child access to washer and dryer. 0165(3)(b) The electric wall heater in the play area gets too hot and must be covered with a metal guard. 0165(3)(f) The cubbies in the play area need to be attached to the wall. 0165(5)(a) The bathroom outlet does not have tamper resistant shutters; provider plans to cover it with a blank switch plate.
